Presentation of the CR\u00c9DAF association<\/span><\/h1>

Created in 1982 in Yaound\u00e9 (Cameroon), the \u201cCenter for Meetings and Studies of Managers of Tax Administrations\u201d became the \u201cCircle of Reflection and Exchange of Managers of Tax Administrations,\u201d by decision of the 2018 general assembly in Haiti. CREDAF is a non-profit French-speaking non-governmental association, which brings together senior officials of tax administrations from 30 French-speaking countries located on 4 continents.<\/p>

Its purpose is to facilitate dialogue and exchanges between member countries and to promote multilateral international cooperation based on common interest and the sharing of experiences.<\/p>

Around ten annual events<\/span><\/div>

Each year, CREDAF organizes nearly ten international events, regularly attended by representatives of numerous international organizations and institutions (OECD, UNDP, IMF, World Bank, WCO, OIF, etc.), academics or experts in the field. taxation:\u00a0conference, directors\u2019 seminars, working groups\u00a0<\/span>travail<\/span>\u00a0(responsible for developing a practical guide each year)\u00a0<\/span>and other thematic meetings<\/span>, in collaboration with host countries.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

It also ensures the publication of documents, in the form of guides, summary documents or studies.<\/span>

Le\u00a0<\/span>Cercle de R\u00e9flexion et d\u2019\u00c9change des Dirigeants des Administrations fiscales<\/em>, is an international association bringing together the leaders of 31 tax administrations (30 members and 1 associate member). Created in 1982 and with 40 years of experience, CREDAF is recognized as a major player both in supporting its members and in the partnerships it has established with the international organizations for which it has become today a full partner.<\/span><\/p>

CREDAF's actions<\/h4>

Each year, CREDAF organizes nearly ten international events: annual conference, director seminars, working groups, training seminar(s) and other thematic meetings. Each CREDAF action is led by high-level experts working in the tax administrations of its members. Rich and complete documentation is made available to participants on the theme covered, and all debates give rise to written summaries.<\/p>

Partnerships<\/h4>

CREDAF has established contacts with international organizations for which it has today become a full partner. Thus, to date, it has concluded six cooperation agreements with the CIAT (2013), the OECD (2015), the former \u201cDevelopment Strategy and Public Finance\u201d Unit of the UNDP (2016), the OIF, ( 2017), FERDI (2017) and the \u00c9cole des Mines de Paris (2017).<\/p>

In addition to these partnerships, CREDAF is a founding member of the Network of Tax Organizations (NTO) and is one of the organizations supporting the Addis Ababa Tax Initiative (ATI).<\/p>

These partnerships make it possible to implement concrete actions for the benefit of its member countries.<\/p>

Exchanges<\/h4>

CREDAF is also and above all a privileged framework for the exchange of experiences, the sharing of good practices and the opportunity to deepen or establish regional and international cooperation, with a view to helping its members better cope. to new challenges. All in a spirit of conviviality and fraternity recognized by all. I am proud and honored by the responsibilities entrusted to me within this great international organization that is CREDAF.<\/p>

Compte tenu du d\u00e9veloppement des activit\u00e9s du CREDAF ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l\u2019Association a souhait\u00e9 renforcer la structure de son Secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Par suite, M. Isma\u00efla DIALLO a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Adjoint du CREDAF lors de la 33\u00e8me Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale qui s\u2019est tenue le 22 mai 2017 \u00e0 Lom\u00e9, au Togo, en marge du 32\u00e8me colloque international du CREDAF. Apr\u00e8s l’expiration de son second mandat en qualit\u00e9 de Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint, M. DIALLO a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 Charg\u00e9 de mission le 17 juin 2025, lors de l’Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de Kinshasa (RDC).<\/span><\/p>

Principal Inspector of Taxes and Lands within the Senegalese tax administration, Mr. DIALLO was previously Technical Advisor to the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Planning of Senegal, before joining CREDAF as Project Manager permanent, since November 7, 2016.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Pascal GEOHAGHIAN a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 Commissaire aux comptes du CREDAF lors de l’Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale qui s’est tenue le 17 juin 2025 \u00e0 Kinshasa (RDC). Il ne fait pas partie de l\u2019\u00e9quipe du CREDAF \u00e0 proprement parler, mais il est n\u00e9anmoins un maillon important du dispositif. Sa mission consiste \u00e0 assurer une v\u00e9rification exhaustive des pi\u00e8ces comptables (environ 450\/an) apportant ainsi une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 aux membres du CREDAF mais aussi au Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/span><\/h2>
