Lutte contre l’incivisme fiscal : le concept de « foire fiscale » du Congo
Le dispositif, inventé par le Directeur général des impôts et des domaines de la République du Congo, Antoine N’GAKOSSO, consiste à déplacer l’administration fiscale vers le lieu d’activités des contribuables pour y collecter l’impôt et ce, en mettent en place les stratégies incitatives au civisme fiscal en vue d’améliorer le rendement de l’impôt.
